- Communication data: messages sent through our platform (processed as data processor)

4. Data Processing & GDPR
We act as a data processor for message content and a data controller for account information. We comply with GDPR, India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, and applicable data protection regulations. Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) are available for enterprise customers.
5. Data Retention
Account data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days. Message logs are retained per your plan configuration (default 90 days). Billing records are retained for 7 years per Indian tax regulations. You may request data deletion subject to legal retention requirements.
6. Data Security
We implement TLS 1.3 encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest, role-based access controls, and independent VAPT security testing. See our Security page for detailed information.
