1. How to Cancel
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting sales@vrajeshwar.com or through your account dashboard. Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 7 days before your next billing date.
2. Effective Date
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to all features until the period ends. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.
3. Data After Cancellation
Your data is retained for 90 days after cancellation to allow for reactivation. After 90 days, all account data, message logs, and configurations are permanently deleted. You may request a data export within 30 days of cancellation.
4. Enterprise Cancellation
Enterprise agreements with committed terms require 90 days written notice for cancellation. Early termination fees may apply as specified in your Order Form. Dedicated infrastructure decommissioning requires 30 days notice.
5. Account Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy without refund. You will be notified of the violation and given an opportunity to remedy before permanent termination.
